I read there are appeals that can happen with that ruling. And that Trumps side is naturally going to do so.

Saw the NYT say that it would be up to the judge whether such an appeal would be heard immediately (and thus delay the trial even more) or only after the trial is had.

Of course, given this timeline I imagine it'll be the before option.
