  1. April- mine and my hubby's birthdays
  2. December- christmas presents
  3. September- because of the awesome song
  4. January- my wedding anniversary
  5. February- valentines day (I love my husband)
  6. October- Halloween so I get candy
  7. June- lots of people I know have birthdays here like my dad
  8. November- see June, but mom
  9. May?
  10. March?
  11. July- its too hot
  12. August- also too hot

Worth noting that I live northerly enough to experience winter.

  1. September - Hated going back to school as a kid, but adult me loves the early fall weather. I get a lot of walking in and there's still a lot going on.
  2. June - Early summer weather is also awesome.
  3. October - Cooler weather but still walkable, and Halloween.
  4. March - the only reason it's this high is my birthday. The weather finally marks the end of winter at least!
  5. July - First half of July is great. The fireworks help. It being light late helps. Lots going on. Then the dog days start. But the first half is really that great!
  6. November - Thanksgiving isn't one of my favorite holidays but it's the last truly walkable month of the year, and the last one where there's enough going on that's not holiday stuff.
  7. August - August can be nasty humid at times, but it's otherwise really nice out.
  8. December - Christmas has lost its luster for me as I've grown old. Just a bunch of redundant music, a lot of darkness, and the real start of winter.
  9. April - A bit rainy, but less so than May.
  10. May - Rainy and gray. Also don't have fond memories of school because it felt like such a drag at this point.
  11. January - Post-holiday crap and a whole lotta winter. I get cooped up inside and hate it.
  12. February - Cold, gray, and about when I get sick of winter. Valentine's Day doesn't help.
Help control the pet population. Have your pets spayed or neutered!

  1. May - nice weather, school is out and I get a reprieve from work, no one knows who's actually good in baseball yet / no big negatives
  2. April - NHL playoffs, end of March Madness, NFL Draft, baseball is its most fun, work is its most fun, nice weather / gotta do taxes
  3. September - football starts, nice weather, trees are pretty / school is fully back and I'm stuck working
  4. March - nice weather, college basketball is at its most fun, spring break / first full month with no football
  5. December - football is its most exciting, Christmas / too cold outside
  6. June - no work all month and I'm not anxious about going back yet / kinda hot, but still manageable
  7. January - PLAYOFF FOOTBALL YAY / return from Christmas break, super fuckin' cold and unpleasant
  8. October - playoff baseball ehhh, very nice weather / work is at its most boring
  9. February - SUPER BOWL TIME YAY AGAIN / work is really starting to drag on at this point
  10. November - nice weather, many sports going on / work sucks, Thanksgiving means I have to interact with my Republican family being dumb and racist against my will
  11. July - no work all month / but I can't enjoy it to its fullest because I start counting days til I go back to work, way too hot
  12. August - my birthday, NFL training camp starts and every team has hope - HOW IS IT EVEN HOTTER NOW AND ALSO I HAVE TO BE OUTSIDE EW CUZ I HAVE TO GO BACK TO WORK AUGH

1) May, June & July in any order, Sommar is top-tier
4) October for Halloween
5) August - still lots of daylight and warm, but means summer's winding down
6) March - finally out of winter + basketball tournament
7) September - start of college football, "nice" fall weather
8) December - Christmas/usually a vacation
9) April - summer's comin but the weather is usually terrible
10) November - Thanksgiving, college football & short holiday, but days are getting shorter & seasonal depression stars kicking in
11) January - only 3 hours left until......
12) February

Don't really care about the months separate from their seasons except the ones I mentioned. July is just the middle of Summer and is hot and miserable.
It's tempting to linger in this moment, while every possibility still exists. But unless collapsed by an observer, they will never be more than possibilities.

I've always liked Fall and the Holidays most. May though is great.
Feb is always gone too fast, darn short month. Spring means pollen and that's not fun.

December - Winter's onset makes me happy.
July - I hate summer but my birthday is here, plus good games come out, plus it's when I do my fun vacations (like GDQ this year)
January - always the most chill time at work, and usually when we get a major snowstorm, and I hold that sunshine the day after a big snowfall is the best weather ever.
November - Fall kicks into gear, and so does my drive to cook way too much.
April - still too early in the year for gross heat+humidity, still occasionally snows, usually a lot of downtime. Tax due date puts damper on things.
October - lots of fun and cooking, offset by me getting sick for one reason or another.
June - a massive relief whenever May ends, offset by being hotter than hell.
March - the most whatever month.
---Ick cutoff line---
September- still way too hot, and the college kids roll back into town so I can't comfortably go to bars any longer.
February - always felt lonely, and given Mom had her heart attack on Valentine's day that led to her death, even though it was only last year, fuck it.
August - the most miserable summer month, and now I will forever associate it with my mom dying
May - fucking awful for mental reasons. Always got sick during it, finals weeks during college, stepdad was dying during it.
