Noctis Lucis Caelum is the the main protagonist of Final Fantasy XV. He is the crown prince and heir to the throne of Lucis, the kingdom with control over the Crystal. Though his three companions are not royalty, Noctis usually acts as an equal to them.

Nice pick for the 1500th topic btw. I see what you did.

We've been doing thematic milestone characters for a while. I did Xemnas for 1300 and Peter Pan (star of Disney's 14th animated film) for 1400. I suggested Noctis for 1500 and GP had already had the same idea.

Yes! Actually somewhat surprised to see the amount of dislikes for him. FF15 has lots of problems but Noctis IMO isn't one of them. He felt pretty cleanly like the first decent FF protagonist at the time since Tidus 15 years prior to his game coming out and had zero competition until 7 years later when FF16 came out!
