I played this game a while back before they fixed up the progression
The front half was a fucking
disaster
, gameplaywise. Absolute pure pain because of the incredibly bounded progression while also not giving you the fundamental tools to let you actually have fun with the game. I hear they fixed this later, which is good because the back half was far, far more fun to play. I'd call it like a 7.5 or 8/10 game? It commits some extremely standard Indie Game Sins (TM) but it wasn't too bad.
