I think it's just kinda hard to compare stuff like Fate where a lot of the people just kinda have their own rules, to stuff like DBZ where you can watch a guy blow up a planet. One's more conceptually impressive, one's more visually impressive, and they're kinda different types of power and combat worth. Light reality bending versus planet busting, y'know?
