Match 1 is probably the lowest quality R3 match this year. They're both very whatever tracks that don't have anything interesting in them. I guess TFAT's melody is better, so it'll get my vote.
Now on to the retirement round. Both of these songs are very good. I do think Purple Town's lead synth needs to be less bright, which will be the main thing that'll take it a notch below NE Frost Street, but it's still a really solid composition. I'd be fine with either of these retiring.
Moonlight Concert is one I didn't expect to get this far, but it is very good, so I'm good with it. Azure Archipelago is also nice, but it's definitely a step below in quality from Moonlight.
R3 ended on a bad note, but the start of R4 is looking very promising (even if all my noms are dead already).
