I could reasonably make about 15 mil in current dollars. With current inflation over 50 years, we'll get a 75x devaluation of currency. So yeah that just barely pushes me across the billion mark.

Considering you need that amount at one time to be classed as a billionaire, I'll say definitely not.

If what you meant was do I think I'll earn a billion over the course of my life, I'll still say no
