Sorry to hear that, it can be tough. I know it sounds like a cliche but help is always there. But its good you can recognise the cause, that shows a lot of self-awareness that is important in overcoming it.

For what its worth I think youre great!

Disneyland in unbearably hot weather is actually pretty nice because it is one of the few things remaining that can make people stay home.

But on a holiday weekend I would bet it doesn't work as well.
