thought of listing the TV saying to go exercise, and the mice wanting to take the cheese from the mouse trap but god I just hated those always coming on

also frustrated I can find The Chase where the boy is chased around by girls and the lesson is to get fit so you can run away from them, which fine, but I 100% remember another version where I bought some pokemon cards, got a Charizard or something which blew away in the wind and he ran out of breath chasing it. totally superior version.

Main story beated at 2am on Winter 4. I made a really good armor with the crimson fur from the wolves in the final dungeon, and so the final bosses were doing ~0-250 damage to me depending on the attack, lol. I think the final final boss only landed one hit? It just kinda floated along for the most part while I decimated it.

I dunno what my goals are before moving on. I wanna get married and I guess have at least one kid. I want to finish all the task board requests. Some of these boss material drops are ridiculous, so I don't know if I could tough it out to complete the shipping list. I can try the bonus dungeon and see how I get along with it. I normally skip those types of things, but I know there's materials and recipes exclusive to it, so we'll see!

I might also skip all that and move on to something else right away, lol.

Rigbarth Maze beated........... that was kinda anti-climactic. Apparently the 4 chests at the end are random each time you clear it but I got an abalone butter saute (... a level 47 frying pan dish?), one rune crystal, a blessed hoe which is already in my inventory... but I guess golden potato seed is nice

I guess unlocking the maze is a get rich button. Swimming in orichalcum right from the start! I went through the first four floors right away and dumped 300k of materials and expensive food in the bin. I gotta upgrade the armor, though. Those dragons are starting to hit hard.

My doinky spear staff is still holding up nicely.

Grr the green crystal seed is the second request but it's the only one I haven't found yet. My reds bloomed and I had to pick them and plant new ones. :(

I definitely noticed a difference in drop rates after putting a rare can in my weapon, a clover in my armor, and the happy ring effect in my accessory. Green core is supposed to be like a 0.1% drop, but I got three of them without too much hassle. And that's without even bringing party members with their own drop boosters.

It is possible that it's someone that got the wrong number. I actually got a text like that yesterday. They sent my a pic of some guy doing a T-pose, and I told them that they got the wrong number.

I thought that would be end of it.... but then they sent another message to me asking if I wanted to play a game with them through this app called Game Pigeon, which I never heard of.

I sort of just ghosted them after that because it was a strange thing to receive, but they were probably trying to be friendly.

i've probably already reached the point i feel too slow and just commit to ghosting people anyways lmao

i have basically spent the day on rf5 trying to get any ancient fish fin i can to make a best staff + rare can for Ludmilla but oh my god it's just not coming up

tried fishing for hours, gave up and started savescumming Heinz rotation stock but still that's been hours more with no luck ffffff

I don't really have a problem with drop rate stuff but fishing items are hell

I caught one up by the waterfall pond in Pharos. Then I bought another from Heinz and lucked into a third from a random chest.

But yeah I'm trying to be as frugal with my rare cans as I can, so I want to only use them on the final weapons I plan to give my party members.

Also grr I got my first blowfish from co-op fishing and then immediately crashed upon entering the general store. Also unless it's unlocked with the final upgrade, I'm pretty convinced at this point that co-op exclusive fish aren't sold by Hina, so fuck you Randolph you're not getting an octopus.

Floor 20 cleared. Kind of underwhelming end. I saw in a datamine there was supposed to be variants of the sheep and tree bosses for boosted Electro Crystals and Moving Branches drop rates. Maybe they're behind those big veggie blockades? Or maybe the maze was supposed to go on longer and it was cut and some of the missing enemy data wasn't scrubbed? With how abrupt it ends, I can definitely believe it was simply cut short.

The good news is my rare can hammer was able to power through the whole maze, though that last boss took a whole lot of whacks. I just wanted a good understanding of what it took before I give stuff to my other peeps, and what I might just settle for for myself.
