There's top players that you can take stocks or even games from like marss or esam because they're randomly godlike and make omega galaxy brain plays, but are inconsistent.

Maister is the opposite, he will do the same thing over and over but he does it perfectly and never fucks up and has a pristine understanding of neutral. Hitting him at all is a challenge. I saw a clip a.week or two ago if him jv4 stocking someone lol.

TBH I played much better against him than against the DeDeDe who beat me in loser's. He pretty much just camped the fuck out of me and I didn't know what to do against that.

And honestly fighting against a good online DDD is hell. My personal opinion is that he's the single best online character in the entire game. The laggier the match is, the better. Maybe Sonic is better, but only because base Sonic is way better than base DDD. You have to straight-up outskill and outpredict the DDD to win which is the opposite of how playing against him works offline, where you can just react to his bad frame data.

I'd say you're committing too often in general in bad spots...Maybe take a few games and experiment just running around using nothing but nair and like full range fair and bair and you'll probably lose hard but you're just trying to get a feel for how safely you can play

I'm gonna go ahead and say it was more luck for him than spacing. He got lucky I went right in on him. I called out his attack and Scintilla should've killed him. Literally any other character's down-smash gets them killed.
