Looks like it. From a little research I got that Icewind Dale is one of those remakes that lets you toggle the old graphics and controls and Planescape isn't. But they're both kind of lightly-enhanced ports anyway.

I haven't tried it on the Switch, but Planescape is the type of game that was made to be played with a mouse. It seems like it would be a totally different experience on a console, but I don't know for sure.

It's probably better/cheaper to just get it on gog (particularly since it's currently on sale).
The only certain death in the universe is Mother Hitton's Littul Kittons.
