my back went through a wild ride injury wise the past few months and has lead to a horrifying drop in my deadlifts
for perspective, my current 1RMs at 171
flat bench 240 (still trash)
incline 225
OHP 190 (still a beast baby)
back squat 425
front squat 290
deadift 295
it just is a vicious cycle. I am so psychologically afraid of getting hurt again that it makes me not push myself at all and stop way sooner than I am capable of both on weight/reps/sets and so it just keeps dropping. Progressive deload if you will LOL
