I understand that the real doors are smaller but I cant tell in real time.
I don't look at the top of the door, I look at the bottom.
Here's a quick example from google:

Look at the pink triangle at the bottom of the door. On the real doors is visibly smaller than the other two. And so if nothing else during the game intro you can very clearly pick out the final door. If you are fast you can identify real doors for the previous 2 rows during the intro as well, but it's not hard to do it in real time when you are practiced so as long as you are near the front of the pack heading into the final 3 rows there is absolutely no reason to bonk.
If you lose track of if you are at the final 3 rows or not just look at the color of the bottom triangle. On the solvable doors it is pink, on the actually-random doors it is white.
Once you eliminate bonking at the end there is no reason to get eliminated on this map.
