This game looks awesome and I never even played Chrono Trigger! The Messenger was a great game so it's hard to pass this up for under $20.

Also the under $20 tier is gone already so the cheapest digital copy is around $25. You get some other goodies like a digital artbook and I'm sure that'll still be cheaper than when it actually releases.

Hmm yes it does seem like they keep opening new batches of Relief Tier which is about 5 dollars cheaper or so. Goal is definitely going to get met either today or tomorrow though.

Looks amazing but no physical = no buy
Come at me in 2022 when it gets released
Although I'm guessing devolver who owns SRG will do a limited print eventually since they printed the Messenger physically

Also, I kickstarted Chained Echoes a year ago which is also very Chrono Trigger inspired. Looking forward to that one being released next year.

The Messenger is great but I have a feeling these games aren't going to have many connections to each other. The Messenger was pretty goofy and this game looks more on the serious side.

I can't think of any for the first category and only one for the 2nd (Lisa). I've heard good things about Lisa and its Earthbound influences probably aren't that high anyway.

So uhh okay thanks for the input I guess. This game still looks good
