Galaxy 2 is probably my favorite Mario game that overall. At least favorite 3d Mario.

For me its honestly pretty close, but I think I just enjoyed Odyssey more from start to finish, even though SMG2 was probably a more well rounded game

It's tough!

Galaxy 2 has the best level design in the series

Odyssey has the best movement in any 3D platformer

My answer depends on the day but I feel like Odyssey gets it. They're both top class games.
