Farfetch'd is way easier to evolve than it sounds. They have a Leek 50% of the time in the wild, grab one, give it to your Farfetch'd, then go Rock Smash the Wobbuffets on Route 5. I got my Farfetch'd there and evolved it within like five minutes.
Runerigus is truly dumb though. Milcery is fine, you're spinning the cream to turn it into a whipped dessert, I think it's kind of funny.
