It seems like this is kind of just a single person's list? Which explains some of the weirder choices, but then doesn't explain why a lot of the list does seem very 'consensus', which kind of threw me

I'm surprised given the author's predilections that neither The Witness or Her Story made it on to this list, those were two like huge conceptual standouts in the indie scene in the last decade
