Xenoblade 1 is still my favorite in the series, and Shulk is one of my top 5 in smash, so ya know what, Im really feeling it

Misty - Pokemon Red/Blue

It'd be really interesting if Misty made it in because she could get most of her strength from the anime. If we were basing her strength solely on the games, Misty would probably be below the fodder line. A lot of people who played the Gen 1 games have likely watched the Gen 1 anime as well, which could boost her strength above the fodder line.
