all i remember is basically everyone i talked to said if you weren't interested in fan service, it wasn't good. the gameplay was not as good as either series that it came from
it's a TERRIBLE etrian odyssey game. not really a huge fan of persona so I can't speak to that.
but yeah it has nothing that makes EO great. they basically just made it a first person dungeon crawler where you draw the map. that's all persona Q has in common with EO.
