It's a pretty common thread among transgender people that they'd rather be an ugly person of the correct gender than stay closeted. I feel like a lot of people who take the 10 and switch option would end up wanting to switch back pretty quick due to the psychological factors.

Pretty much why I was wondering. As a cis person I feel I could do pretty well in both genders/sexes without it mattering too much to me, which is why I'm wondering if dysphoria is just a general discomfort in self more than it is gender.
