What
I liked SS a lot but I don't think I'm ever gonna replay it unless they do an HD version
ahh, I wonder when the SS hating sheep will finally disappear...
I rarely had issue with the controls, and never died due to them from what I remember. Perhaps you just had a broken controller? Or are you exaggerating for the sake of building an argument that's not actually valid?

When its motion controls aren't garbage, they fix Fi to not repeat everything you just fucking heard, and they remove needless revisits to the same areas (you know, the ones that only slow you the fuck down because you've already been there and have to do literally nothing coughescortmissioninEldinVolcanoandWaterDragonfloodingFaronWoodscough ).
Need I say more?
How the hell
did they make something as silly as cooking one of the most addictive side activities
Nah, I'm pretty sure that's all that sheep can say.
I definitely was swinging properly and it wasn't THAT common, but it still was an issue at some points. Never died to them, but there are obviously times I took damage because I swung the remote diagonally and the game decided to believe I swung horizontally or vertically. Or attempting to stab and the thing failed. Sort of things. Was it broken? I dunno. Maybe all my Motion Plus stuff came broken because I saw similar issues in some swinging motions in Wii Sports Resort, but was fine with balance and some other things. I'm definitely not exaggerating though, because it is a valid argument that exists with more than just me.
That other beast you can hate all you want
Does foolmo even hate it?
People loved Skyward sword when it first came out
SS has some of the best segments in any Zelda game and also some of the worst.
It's good overall and I liked it a lot despite my frustrations.

Literally every single time I see people who complain about motion controls when playing games that use them it's always because they flail about randomly like inflatable tube men on meth. Calming down and using focused movements has always made motion controls work fine for me.

eh I'd rather press the A button than calm focused toodle-dee-dooing of my wrist.
(yes, I am trained, be scared and also laugh at me)
TP motion controls were fine
SS's were bad
