And for the record, something similar happened with me way back in seventh grade. Had a stellar science teacher, but he fell ill and we wound up with a super-creepy (I thought; few students seemed to think so at first) dude who treated all the boys in the class like garbage. It was just creepy how he favored the girls as much as he did.
Three weeks later, he's in jail for child sex solicitation. Turns out he was conversing over AIM with several of the girls in his classes, including two in mine. He was "offering to help them with their homework", and one day he decided that apparently included requesting that they strip for him.
Weirdest tutor.
