I still blame the Republicans for it, however, as they have been the one kicking the can while the Democrats have wanted to fix the issue. I do believe the time to capitulation was not right now, however.
What this will do in the future is just create a positive feedback loop of people forgoing insurance because the cost won't make sense and then companies driving up costs, rinse and repeat until the ACA is fully dead.
Oh, and didn't Shitler undo the thing where medical debt was not counted against credit scores? That'll be great for the economy too.
