I would suggest starting to count your calories using something like MyFitnessPal even while you are on ozempic. This is your opportunity to learn about making healthy choices and to adjust and adapt your diet to a new one that could keep you a healthy, stable weight once you go off that drug.
100% good advice. also to note. increase protein for satiety and lower carb (avoid refined) aka white bread.
i'm battling the weight gain again too. started to add in an hour of exercise each day (as long as it's not icy outside). it'll help balance out what i'm consuming and hopefully stablize or lose more weight.
