in some sci fi stories, like the Alien franchise, nations stop existing and instead people are citizens of a corporation. With the recent news of Elon Musk being the first Trillionaire, I wonder if that future will be real someday

Wasn't there some news awhile back about amazon wanting to build an amazon city where everyone who lives there works for amazon. I imagine something like that.

Here's your tiny amazon home, with amazon gas, amazon water, amazon electricity, amazon car for you to drive to amazon to work 6 days a week 365 days a year. Everyone has a carbon copy 3d printed home. The grocery stores are amazon owned. The movie theaters are amazon owned, amazon schools, amazon city hall, amazon laws, amazon everything.

This idea is kind of silly now that amazon wants to just have AI employees.
