You literally just said that you stopped playing the first game at the sewers (I'm assuming the first time around at chapter 10. Even the re-run at 14 is still before said climb at 15 though).
You barely played anything.
*Now if someone did actually run through both games and decided its not for them, that is fair. Don't claim to know all square-enix did with the new characterization expansion they gave everyone and the new story beats after the part you stopped at if you didn't even experience all of that first-hand*
yeah its clear i cant have looked up the cutscenes read the story synopsis or anything
dont critique media just consume
a game with combat that sucks and a story that is just bloated and padded out
