My normal breakfast is:

One 'large' egg fried in butter, yolk busted, and put in a keto sandwich thin. So p much an egg sandwich. Only approx. 215 calories.

My typical breakfast is no breakfast

I only have breakfast on weekends so I make a bit more effort for them. I have a few go-tos:

  • Scrambled eggs inside a toasted croissant (easiest)
  • Turkish eggs
  • Shakshuka
  • A big english fry up
  • Eggs benedict/florentine

Yes, but it's pretty basic. I wake up, have a cup of tea, go for a walk, then have breakfast:

Coffee
Toast and marmalade
Orange juice

I only eat twice a day and first meal is closer to lunch time but its breakfast food. Its always multiple eggs with hashbrowns that have diced bell peppers and mushrooms and then a rotation of meat that is either traditional breakfast sausage, or andouille sausage, or corned beef hash. Sometimes Ill just do steak and eggs but its rare.

Also as a 2nd shift worker Im usually at work for my second meal but on off nights at home usually one of those nights Ill eat breakfast food in the evening again. Love breakfast food at night. I just love breakfast food.

Things could get busy. The rain, the music, the dashes, the emotions.
Cereal. Recently it's been Frosted Cheerios.

i dont eat breakfast, didn't even do it as a kid. i've always woken up nauseous, eating has never helped and it doesn't go away until i've been awake for an hour or so.

Coffee, black. I've zero appetite for food before 11am; I neither crave morning sustenance nor seek it. Fascinating to me because I work physical jobs. I get most hungry around 1pm & 7pm.
Besides, as I tell ppl, breakfast food scuks. Cold cereal, toasted bread, oatmeal? lols no, I am not literally losing sleep for those feeble foods. Nor am I losing sleep to go drive thru for overpriced McStuff.
Yogurt with chia seeds.
Bacon and eggs, sometimes buttered toast with it.

Whether the eggs are scrambled or over easy/medium depends on what I feel like doing that day.

My standard first meal first of the day (I do intermittent fasting so I usually have it around noon) is a scrambled egg burrito or a bowl of oatmeal with fruit and crushed nuts.

Congee with century egg, pork floss, soy sauce pickled cucumber, peanuts, and fried egg.

And a cup of tea or coffee depending on mood.

That's my usual breakfast I make. It's filling but it's not heavy, and I find it doesn't fuck with my stomach like other breakfast dishes do.

If I'm lazy then it's overnight oats with chia seeds, flax meal, almond butter, blueberries, cinnamon, and maple syrup. I prepare 5 cups for the week so even if I don't eat oats for breakfast, I eat it as a snack sometime during the day.
On work days it's either cereal/oatmeal with a butter bagel. When I'm off I make a sausage egg & cheese sandwich or pancakes
Delicious and vicious, while maliciously nutritious.
I don't eat breakfast at home but if I go out it's two eggs over easy and hash browns. It all gets doused in an egregious amount of hot sauce
Work day: 4 eggs in a soup mug with chicken bone broth microwaved for 3 minutes and coffee.

Weekend: 6 eggs scrambled in grass-fed butter, oatmeal with berries, and coffee.

Bacon and 2 eggs, topped with some sour cream and cheese with a tea or coffee. It stuck with me from my keto days. A lot of my diet has the keto fundamentals in mind.

I struggle pretty hard if I dont have breakfast.
