Congee with century egg, pork floss, soy sauce pickled cucumber, peanuts, and fried egg.
And a cup of tea or coffee depending on mood.
That's my usual breakfast I make. It's filling but it's not heavy, and I find it doesn't fuck with my stomach like other breakfast dishes do.
If I'm lazy then it's overnight oats with chia seeds, flax meal, almond butter, blueberries, cinnamon, and maple syrup. I prepare 5 cups for the week so even if I don't eat oats for breakfast, I eat it as a snack sometime during the day.
