I don't know. I like how Smash has included playable villains more and more.Well, it's not that. If they were going to do a second FF rep, it shouldn't have another cloth+clad FF7 character with a massive sword, when the series has a million games in it, and characters ranging from knights in armor to shapeshifters to mages to evil jesters to sorceresses to robots to whatever Quina is.
That said, yeah I'd still like to see Captain N himself in Smash.
