These are all supposed to be educated people too , (added a comma for you) and a lot of them are older and have degrees which you would expect for them to avoid a fundamental error. (rearranged and given context so your sentence is clearer and has a point). As far as I can tell, (removed the and which is a connective and you shouldn't start a sentence with and phrased so that it is your assumption not a declaration)not a lot of people really care. Some might poke fun at the wrong usage of words but it's never anything degrading. (I'd get rid of this because of two reasons. Firstly, why should they be made fun of? Secondly, should it not be more constructive?)
Nobody in the real world is a grammar nazi, thats an edgy 2000s internet thing.
I would imagine any given employer, past a certain wage, automatically drops resumes upon noticing a grammatical error.I guess, but if TC is talking about coworkers, that means hes already employed and this is probably just internal company comms I.e. email or chat messages
Unless it's for medical work. Everyone knows that doctors can't write for shit.
TC, yore getting too upset about this
How dare you tell yer coworkers how to fix their grammer..Yer gonna get a trip to HR.yer welcome.
to/too is another gear grinding oneI have friend's that do this
to/too is another gear grinding oneThat bugs me to
just shows how inefficient they are; "ur" saves more time and space, and it's more ambiguous so no one calls it out for inappropriate usage. That's what I'm saying
