Its honestly a great place to work which is why Im at year 27 there. The ironic thing is we struggle to fill positions because these younger people dont want to work weekends. Its a power plant at the state college that operates 24/7 so days off are all different.Honestly I think part of this is also just that most job applicants do not understand how insane good benefits can be. Glad that the schedule including weekends is offset by those for you.
