Spec Ops: The LineApparently, the devs were deadset against this as they felt that the game having multiplayer went against the theme of the game's story. But the executives forced them to include it.

ngl, looking back on it some of the Assassin's Creed games having multiplayer, and the multiplayer modes being actually fun, is odd.

Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood to whatever game had it last, don't remember. Black Flag? 3? Somewhere in there they stopped it.
Too bad too, I got really into Brotherhood's, it was super fun. Fuck roof runners though.
FF6
Super Punch-Out
What is this about FF6? I'm guessing whatever it is, it's SNES only
FF6I think all the SNES FFs had it. And 9.
The Super Punch-Out thing was only recently discoveredAnd many people were surprised.
I liked Metroid Prime 2's versus mode but no one else I knew liked itThis was what I came to say.
Batman: Arkham Originshow does that even work?
how does that even work?IIRC it was at least 2 modes. 1 with a Batman & Robin trying to stealth take down everyone. But the main mode was a 3rd person shooter between Joker thugs and Bane thugs. And at some point, someone on the teams could play as Bane or Joker.
The darkness. I think only the first one had it but it was pretty bad.
I forgot Banjo Tooie had a really robust multiplayer mode until recently.I was considering mentioning this one but wasn't sure if it was obscure enough
The second one has a co-op mode IIRC.Oh yeah. I played a bit of that. It was a bit better but really short just like the main campaign was.
I was considering mentioning this one but wasn't sure if it was obscure enoughI actually keep forgetting Banjo Tooie (and DK64 by extension thanks to the post above) have multiplayer modes. They were pretty fun from what I remember, or at least Tooie was.
I played so much of the fps multiplayer in that growing up
