Is there a way to turn off that ai crap? It's blatantly wrong more than anything and far from helpful

No. We, as a society, have collectively decided that AI is the future. Everything must be AI. All apps, all services, all websites, AI. Your TV, your phone, your computer, even programs like humble Notepad. AI.

And by 'we' I mean the multi-billion dollar companies who have boners the size of skyscrapers because they think AI means they'll get to lay everyone off and make infinite money forever, and the tech sector who are currently making infinite money telling everyone AI can do that and so much more.

AI fridge. AI toaster. AI toilet. AI car. The possibilities are endless(ly bad).

I'm so fucking sick of it already. AI is junk to me, I know there are some good use-cases for it but the bad far outweighs the good already and it's just going to keep getting worse. And I'm pretty sure there's more AI content on the internet now than not which is insane but you can't go anywhere at all without being endlessly inundated with it, and many people are trying to pass it off as real content and many more people don't care and watch it anyway.

Pandora's box is open and there's no closing it. This is just how things are now. Shitty and dumb.
There's a time and place for everything... but not now.

It did that to me the other day, I cant remember exactly what I asked, but it said my quote was incorrect, and the real quote was exactly what I had typed.
Water+Fall=Radiation.
haha

It's fixed now but at one point I looked up "Red Dead Redemption 3 release date" and it said something like, "Red Dead Redemption 3 is scheduled to be released in 2030, fans are eagerly anticipating its 2034 release date".

Made me lol

Yes, but you have to include -ai in your search every time.

I switched my default browser to Duck Duck Go for this very reason. Nice and easy to switch AI results off with the click of a button permanently rather than adding things on after the fact to a Google search.
Irregardless, for all intensive purposes, I could care less.

Copilot told me the other day that Taylor Swift doesn't have a song called Father Figure or an album called Life of a Showgirl. I must have been thinking of a fan project.
Ghosts are cool.
Thats a cool video, tho.
You gonna do somethin' or just stand there and bleed?
