If I had a million dollars I'd have a great down payment on a house.
The commercial says that Church isn't for perfect people, I guess that's why I'm an atheist.
I would invest it in something super safe and guaranteed and even at a very modest 5% return that would be $50,000 a year which would be a pretty nice extra to whatever you currently make and would go a long ways towards paying off a house pretty damn quick unless you live in a really expensive area. Hell even just a 4% high yield savings account would get you $40K a year. That would make many peoples mortgage payment for the year just by itself.

Id have a security deposit for renting a single room monthly. Not enough for the application fee though.

It's one of the worst things I didnt do. I lived in the moment. Sure at one time I had alot of money, but during the 2008 recession alot of that went poof trying to survive. Then post 2015 business slowed to a crawl. Then not expecting covid and my friends passing at the same time. I expected to restart then my health issues started where I can't work. Sigh.......what a mess I'm in

This is the true story... of 68,116 strangers... picked to live in a house... work together and have their lives taped to find out what happens... when people stop being polite...and start getting real...
I'm an artist at what I do. I fuel the fire, watch it burn, and laugh all the while.
I'd butt somebody too
