You can't make a motion to DQ a judge because they're making rulings you dislike.
Please. The case for Cannon's bias was overwhelming even before she dismissed the case. After she dismissed the case, it was rock solid.
And even if the case agains the biased judge was doomed to fail because the system stupidly assumes all judges are incapable of being corrupt in this way, the attempt still needed to be made.
