What "did" he "do"Enough.
What "did" he "do"
Remember Grand Juries are INFAMOUSLY easy to get indictments from.Got him or "got him"

Thanks for the details and links
Got him or "got him"
1.I hate Comey. He is scum.
2.This country is a joke now. Trump openly using the DOJ to go after political enemies, and no one in government has the spine to do anything about it. These charges were already looked at multiple times and found to be utter bullshit by everyone who looked. But he opposed Trump after handing him the 2016 election, so now there have to be charges before the SOL expires on Tuesday.
This is not the way a free society is supposed to function. This is a clown car. I am going to keep voting against this shit and donating and protesting. But is anyone actually in government ever going to show some backbone and say enough is enough? Preferably someone on the Right which controls all three branches of government?
Dont these fucking fools realize that dictators, even wannabe ones, dont stick with just hurting the opposition for long? Comey was a Republican too, and one that paved the way for a Trump presidency in the first place.
Let me say that the Right had a chance, TWICE, with his impeachments. McConnell, despite hating Trump on a personal level, chose to spare him for the sake of personal power.

McConnell, despite hating Trump on a personal level, chose to spare him for the sake of personal power. The GOP Congressional caucus is still full of Republican traitors that voted in favor of Trump's coup on 1/6. The Republican party is literally a cancer on the nation whose power must be ended before they kill us all.
He probably regrets giving trump da presidency in 2016 huh
Comey is a moron who got Trump elected now he gets to suffer the consequences.
So, youre cool with the government doing this to someone just because you dont like him?Someone at random? No
No one should be getting charged criticizing Trump, which this is

Whats the probable cause? I expect some prosecutors will get the disbarred treatment for this nonsense. The prosecutors themselves admitted that there is no probable cause.
Whats the probable cause? I expect some prosecutors will get the disbarred treatment for this nonsense.Prosecutors should be disbarred for shit like this, but they won't be. That's one of the things the Trump gang is relying on as they have their DOJ file all this frivolous crap full of lies.

Heres the indictment statement:When will Trump mouthpieces start getting disbarred for filing frivolous shit like this?

Never, of course, but the question should still be asked.
Frankly, this is a direct violation of prosecutorial ethics. It WON'T happe, but it shouldThis is a good case study of how fascists like Trump are exploiting any and all pre-existing corruption to help their cause.
I'm going to say, straight up, that being okay with this is short sighted at best.
They're not starting political prosecutions with sympathetic people. Comey is a fuckhead who's responsible for Trump's presidency, yes. They're also gonna start with politically motivated hits on the least sympathetic people and then expand them from there.
This is not a drill. This is "oh, you want rights for criminals?" Yes, I do. I want Comey jeered in public and made a pariah. I don't want him prosecuted for insulting Dear Leader because that puts us ALL at risk
Yeah. People are not recognizing that if this is successful then the precedent is set and there will not be much in stopping the follow up.That is the reason to defend rule of law -- not to defend a prick like Comey, instead the point is to defend everyone who the Trump gang will target after Comey.
Heres the indictment statement:Hmm, not knowing much of, if anything about the specifics here, that is obviously a reach of a charge that wouldn't normally get filed, but for some political grudge

No one is fucking defending Comey by pointing out how fucked up this is.I don't think that's what they were saying.
