Ignoring the gluten issue I will just pretend like I used to be healthy and for the sake of discussion answer.

Yes I would try it as I'm willing to try many things and despite enjoying pretzels and loving both fish and shrimp I feel like this would be a shitty combo. But I would try it.

seeing that the last time i ate shrimp my face started to swell up, i can safely say that pretzel coated shrimp would be to die for.

those are actually great. pretzel buns are a delight. though i wish they didn't cover the damn things in all that pretzel salt.
