Karl is an alt right chud and a massive creep. I also find it hilarious how he misrepresented his legal case (lied) to viewers in order to solicit donations which is the very thing he exposed the Completionist for doing.

Billy is a pathological liar manchild who bases his entire identity on a cheated high score on an 80s game and sues anyone who questions him.

• BM shows documents showing the court had disdain for KJ after viewing his videos - the type of dude that once he formed a view he would triple down on it rather than change his mind once presented with factual evidence countering it/.
• Under oath KJ said BM never attempted to contact him to correct the allegations, but everyone saw multiple attempts were made.
• KJ didn't consider a concerns notice as BM trying to get in touch with him, or as he states.
• They got on his ass about that 2 minute retraction he made in the long ass dark souls videos, and how BS it was. BM notes he committed this from KJ's "I lost video.

• Nov 2023 - KJ swore under oath that he was a journalist for twin galaxies. 4 weeks later tweets claiming he didn't?
• BM Shows receipts proving KJ misled the audience into believing that BM would never settle out of court if he tracted - KJ used statements from two different legal documents to form this narrative. We all know karl is a fucking liar, but damn. I recommend watching as that was slick shit!

Everybody in that situation sucked. Billy being an asshole and cheater was always known but I still can't wrap my mind around why Karl Jobst would decide to make it his life's mission to go after someone whose "accomplishments" and reputation are barely known outside of a small handful of boomers.

I really don't want to watch any of the videos if I can avoid it, but is Billy acting like this means he's been proven to not be a cheater? Because from what I understand, the lawsuit that he won against Jobst wasn't about that, but rather Jobst claming that Billy was responsible for someone's suicide. I could totally see Billy acting like him winning this puts him in the clear on that, though (at least from what I've come to understand about him via what others have said).

I used to be a fan of Karl but the more Ive learned about him he just doesnt seem like a good person

Yeah, he said in his Discord on several occasions that once Billy was no longer alive to make money off of, hed have to go after Billys son in order to continue his content farming. Theres plenty of gems like that that got leaked from Karls Discord server after he lost the case.

That wasn't the claim. It's more like saying "if this photo was such a smoking gun, why didn't he or TG use it?"

The argument here wasn't that it proves or disproves cheating, but rather Jobst just talks out of his ass while omitting inconvenient information. I mentioned this when the photo first came out. The color of the knob/lever doesn't matter. What matters is the underlying mechanism. For all we know, it was the original joystick with only the physical lever being replaced. Though Billy brought up a point I hadn't considered before which was you could just not connect the diagonal inputs so the stick would behave as a 4 way even if it was an 8 way joystick.

Basically that photo & Jobst's video on it was a blatant attempt to push bullshit to a crowd that was ignorant of electronic hardware and he knew it.
