Me too. If the only way to participate in a certain event or do a certain thing is through an app I usually just wont do it.
Recently, my city has announced that they are going to eliminate physical parking kiosks where you could pay by card or coins to park downtown. In the future, you will need to use an app to pay for parking or you can buy these prepaid booklets at a couple of inconvenient locations. You rip pages out of these booklets and put them on your dash for the amount of time you need.
My immediate reaction was that I will probably just stop going downtown altogether. This is an area that my city has desperately been trying to revitalize for decades. If there are many others like me this wont help.
