Just checked my blood sugar, 104

Makes people sick how much sugar I consume, and my blood sugar doesnt rise

So far I've drank 14 16 oz bottles, and a handful of skittles

I drank 3 less then 30 minutes before taking my blood sugar

Soda, Mtn Dew especially, is so easy to drink and does nothing for my thirst.

I started drinking zero sugar soda and cutting the candy and sweets myself. Once I get all the sugar out of my system, artificial sweeteners taste good enough for me.

I do go on a good sweet bread and ice cream binge every couple months though.
Let's get down to brass tacks. How much for the ape?

Soda, energy drinks, and pure rage is what I've lived on for 20+ years, I've recently introduced this "water" nonsense into my diet, but only 64 oz per day
