Aliens arrive and give us an eviction notice, declaring Earth is their property that they claimed 4 it billion years ago before going away on vacation. They state humanity to be squatters and advise that any humans or belongings remaining afer 60 days will be forcibly removed.

Their eviction notice is illegitimate. They abandoned the property long enough for intelligent life to evolve on it, as such, their claims are no longer valid and we are now the rightful possessors of Earth.

I would have to do some research on them to determine my exact move. The fact that they are able to do this implies a certain level of technology, but the fact that Earth will still be controlled by humans in 2134 (well, the start of 2134 anyway) implies we'll figure something out.
