Somewhere, right wingers will use this to justify how things are here in the States.

It says something when a school shooting abroad makes international news. The ones here usually are a blip.

That's the key thing the conservatives who pounce on these shootings miss. When they do happen - which is rarely - the leaders in these countries respond with swift measures to ensure it doesn't happen again. Here it's empty platitudes and a reset of the "Days Since Last School Shooting" counter.
