Diving back (lmfao hahahaha) into Helldivers 2

I haven't played since well before Illuminates came out.

Any new weapons or strategems or anything I should aim for?

And have they kinda calmed their tits about balancing things? That was one of my biggest gripes when I was playing was that they were a bit too nerf happy which sucks in a game where you have to grind a lot to unlock warbonds and said weapons

yes theyve calmed down with their balancing. lots of stuff got buffed and is viable. everything is, generally, more lethal now (helldivers and enemies). you missed super earth getting invaded by like a week or something btw

thanks to the buffs, my fav stratagems are actually the seemingly weak ones: eagle strafing run, orbital gatling barrage, EAT17

all low cooldown and very reliable

I swear by the Purifier. It's from one of the warbonds, but I don't remember which one offhand. It has about a one-second chargeup, then deals a bunch of damage in a small AOE. The only real downsides are the travel time of the projectile, and that you have to watch if enemies get close to you, because it's easy to blow yourself up with close-range panic fire because of the AOE.

Edit: I double-checked. It's from the Polar Patriots warbond

Yeah I liked the low cooldown strats also. Made me feel more viable/clutch for my teammates

The update and new major order moves the 'Super Earth' biome onto Bug planets so everyone can still experience it. Infested cities are fun as hell
