He was a regular in my atlus topics. I liked him but I looked what he got banned for and I'm sort of shaking my head honestly. Rules are clear and he went and did some really exaggerated breaking of that rule.

When voting consider the venn diagram of horny user overlap. You may be anti horny. And neon was not. But perhaps you share other interests outside of horny with other horny users.
