They always do. I think the rule is if you don't post on your alt while another is in purg you can post on CE with the alt. It worked for Duran.
Think of it as an extended vacation. I know some could use a break from GameFAQs come back for the better.
Duran had to ask to get that privilege.
You cant post anywhere on your alt as long as you're in purg as of last year, used to be the case that you could.
If you wait out the purg, and have an alt with CE access, im not sure what happens exactly.
