I haven't been frequenting GameFAQs' CE message board all that much in the last few months. The teaching load over the last semester was quite a grind. Plus, I got engaged to a very lovely young lady this March! There's been a lot keeping me busy.

That said, it is summertime now and I have a lot more flexibility in my schedule. I'm sure I've missed several Smash Ultimate threads and wanted to make one just in case anyone wanted to hop on and play sometime soon. I'm a little busy for most of the day today, but a thread for matchups could still be good to go ahead and make.

@HannibalBarca3 I know we used to play a lot in the past. I'd love to play with you again. Do you remember the usernames of the other people who used to frequent the CE Smash threads?

I'm pretty sure Davis is wrong but his username online is daddy. I forgot his username. They might be more. Anyways I work during the day and only have the weekends off once every two weeks but I'm around sometimes.

I feel bad the CE smash scene has kind of died lol. I've been busier, but still eager to play whenever I have time. Sometimes Ace, rideshort and I play, but we've been coordinating it through discord. Also, they've been playing other games too.

That's too bad for the decline of the CE Smash scene, but it is understandable. I too have been pretty busy of late. Maybe this thread can spark some new life into our Smash community. Failing that, I do use Discord and would enjoy getting some games in with you three again that way, if you would be willing to have me.

Would anyone want to play today or some other time this week?

I don't use Discord so that's unfortunate. And since I got a new schedule, I don't have time to play during the day lol

I might have time to play soon. I had to put in some hours recently for work so Im exhausted right now, but I can offset what Ive already banked with time off.
