Honestly, the real final boss is our limitations. Once we figure out how to overcome all obstacles such as malevolent people, resources, death, disease, and space and time, we will beat the boss. Then again, if we end up meeting some bad aliens, that could end up being the penultimate boss. And then maybe if we ever find god and god wants to fight us, then that would be the final final boss.
