I have a SiriusXM channel called like BlueGrass Junction I listen to sometimes. It just hits right sometimes. Reminds me of when I was very little my grandpa on my moms side was a die hard old school country guy. Hank Sr, Willie Nelson, Waylon Jennings, Merle Haggard, Johnny Cash, Geroge Jones, that kind of stuff. But he also would listen to some bluegrass stuff and dive into like Roy Clark stuff on banjo and things like that.
So this topic just sent me down a nostalgia trip. That same grandpa just passed a couple weeks ago. I always had a very young family, he became a grandpa at just 34 when I was born, but hell I'm 49 now so my "young family" that wasn't that old when I was born are all pretty damn old now because I'm getting old myself.
