I think the idea that "nobody likes or wants an abortion but get them because of a need or unexpected changes in circumstances" is a vastly held opinion by most people who aren't "pro life"
In a better world it could at least be done before the fetus has a heart or brain for cases that dont need an abortion when actual birth is near. I think most people would be comfortable with that, even some pro life people may agree with it eventually
but since its just plain outlawed that wont happen anyway
