The head of the Health and Human Services agency doesn't think he's qualified to give medical advice as the head of the HHS. Sorta reminds me of how Ben Carson thought he wasn't qualified to head an executive agency despite running a campaign to be the Chief Executive of all executive agencies.

Its legitimately difficult to pick who the most unqualified person is in the Trump administration (excluding Trump himself). Theres several different candidates you could make a strong case for.
