Doom Dark Ages looks boring. How is it?

Seen some gameplay, skipped around and it all looks the same. Parrying green projectiles wirh boring music.

I'm having a blast with it... On chapter 8 and haven't stopped playing since I started... The Dragon and Mech sections are fun too...

The weapons are fun and you have more freedom of what to use compared to Eternal (Which I loved Eternal but I do get the complaints about having to stick to specific weapons)

Can't really hear the music since im too busy trying not to die...

The pre-release footage was just carefully scripted to improve general readability. This game's fucking fast even on normal speed.

Its pretty fast even at default settings. Not sure why people say its slow.
